Yes. You can enroll in multiple courses and switch between them freely. Your progress in each is tracked separately on your dashboard.

We support M-PESA, Visa/Mastercard, Equity, Co-op Bank and Airtel Money through secure checkout. If your preferred method isn't showing, contact support and we'll assist.

Log out, then log in again and check your dashboard. If the course still isn't there, email your payment receipt or M-PESA reference to support@hisibationline.com and we'll sort it within a few hours.

Refund eligibility depends on the course and how much content you've accessed. Contact support within 24–48 hours of purchase and we'll review your case fairly.

A laptop is strongly recommended for practice exercises. You can follow along on a phone but you'll learn much faster when you practise directly in Excel.
